Paysafe seeks a CTI Product Owner to improve and extend our telephony solution for our customer service call centers and sales teams.

 

What you will do:

  • Capture requirements in a structured way from stakeholders in Customer Service and Sales
  • Design solutions based on our existing setup with AWS Connect for telephony and Salesforce for CRM and case management
  • Create user stories in Jira and process flows to illustrate the proposed solution
  • Work with the AWS, Salesforce and DevOps engineers who build the solution
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery and guide user acceptance testing
  • Prioritize work based on the value it adds for the business
  • Help establish the development and deployment process for telephony solutions
  • Work with business admins in the Service and Sales teams to provide day-to-day support on AWS Connect

 

To be successful you need to have::

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS Connect or 5+ years of experience with a different contact center CTI solution like Vonage
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders – verbally and in writing

 

The following would be ocnsidered an advantage:

  • Experience as a product owner or business analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce, AWS Lex, Lens and QuickSight
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience in the financial services industry
