As a Business Analyst, you’ll be improving and expanding the use of Salesforce and AWS Connect at Paysafe for our Risk Department. You’ll work collaboratively with our global CRM team and key stakeholders across the business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being in a constant learning environment and is passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

 

 

 

What you will do:

  • Support the prioritization of our initiatives: Collect information from initiative stakeholders like cost saving and revenue and effort estimates from the development team and calculate KPIs.
  • Report on the backlog of initiatives based on data in Jira.
  • Capture requirements in a structured way from various stakeholders in North America and Europe.
  • Write documentation and user stories, guided by the product managers.
  • Analyze data in Excel and summarize insights in PowerPoint and Confluence.
  • Work with business stakeholders in Customer Service, Sales and Risk, tool experts and developers to build a high-performance, flexible setup for our business.
  • Learn and grow with our modern cloud tools: Salesforce for CRM and case management and AWS for telephony (Connect, Lens, Lex).

 

 

To be successful you need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in business or process analysis type roles. Sales, customer service or risk focused experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • You like to work with numbers and processes. You have experience in the finance or payments industry, or you are eager to learn about it.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are comfortable speaking to business and IT professionals.
  • You are comfortable working in a hybrid and multicultural environment.
