What to Expect:
- Work closely with Paysafe’s Banking relationship team in order to maintain and further develop existing partnerships with banks
- Take the lead on sourcing internally and supplying the necessary documents and information to banks regarding initial onboardings and regular KYC refreshes
- Work on assignments to open new or close existing bank accounts with Paysafe’s banking partners
- Communicate with Paysafe’s banking and payment partners as well as internal stakeholders in order to coordinate the end-to-end process of managing the rights of users which are / need to be registered on the electronic platforms of Paysafe’s banks, payment partners and on SWIFT
- Record and update the necessary banking data and documents in Paysafe’s internal systems
- Maintain and update bank documentation (agreements, board resolutions, mandates, etc.) with banking partners when and where necessary.
- Participate in projects aiming at the development and customization of the software systems used in the department e. g. the bank account management system, the bank fee analysis tool, etc.
- Create, maintain, and update internal bank documentation and regulations related to the activity of the Banking team
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses regarding pricing, flows and transactions through the banks of the company
- Work on Projects involving the wider Banking, PSP and Payments teams
- Hold regular meetings with internal teams to receive/give update on projects involving the Banking Team
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the banking or financial industry
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Pro-activeness and energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the bank account opening process
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines set both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is a pre-requisite
- Fluency in a second foreign language is an advantage, but not a requirement
