We are looking for an Agile Coach to enable our Product Development organization to work effectively and deliver value. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our value streams to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to analyze current value streams, identify improvement opportunities, and design future state value stream architectures that align with our strategic objectives.

 

What to expect:

 

  • Work closely with teams, product and engineering leadership and stakeholders in a certain value stream, coaching Agile practices, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as an RTE - facilitate the preparation and execution of quarterly planning
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap ideation, and improvement sessions.
  • Analyze and optimize current workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Define and implement future processes that align with business objectives.
  • Track key metrics and drive performance improvements.

 

To be successful you need to:

  • Minimum 5 years of Agile experience, with 4 years in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification required; SAFe® certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Full proficiency in English.
