This role is responsible for managing, expanding, and optimizing Paysafe’s banking and payment partner network across the APAC region. The role covers strategic partnership management, commercial negotiations, operational oversight, regulatory alignment, and risk management to support Paysafe’s digital wallet and payments ecosystem.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with APAC banking and payment partners.
  • Drive strategy for new partnerships, growth initiatives, and cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential APAC partners.
  • Lead pricing, commercial, and contractual negotiations.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and track performance KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with regional banking and payment regulations.
  • Perform ongoing risk assessments across partners and markets.
  • Act as escalation point for banking and payment partner issues.

 

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience in banking and payment partner relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of digital wallets, APAC payment methods, and acquiring.
  • Solid knowledge of payments infrastructure, clearing, and cash management.
  • Good understanding of payment regulations, risk, and compliance.
  • Proven commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume, scalable payment operations.
  • Background integrating payment technologies and connectivity channels.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in payments or banking roles.
