Role Overview

We are looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to support Paysafe’s digital payments operations in Brazil. This role focuses on safeguarding customer funds, managing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations. You will work closely with local and global teams to support efficient treasury and digital wallet operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily safeguarding and ensure BACEN compliance.
  • Oversee JD integration with the wallet, Zro Bank, and BACEN.
  • Perform core reconciliations (wallet, safeguarding, settlement, ledger).
  • Monitor liquidity, funding flows, and settlement cycles.
  • Support cash management, treasury accounting, and TMS activities.
  • Coordinate with banking partners and review fees.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and controls.
  • Collaborate with LATAM, US, and Group Treasury, plus cross‑functional teams.
  • Support digitalization and scalability of treasury operations.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Treasury, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian payment regulations, digital wallet operations, or safeguarding processes.
  • Experience with BACEN regulatory requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking portals, APIs, reconciliation processes, and settlement operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with advanced English.
