Summary

The Partner Director role develops, motivates, trains and assists outside sales agents daily to help them grow their business and residual income. The duties are generally performed with little supervision; however, they must work closely with senior management to ensure the company is satisfied with the agent’s production.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coaching outside agents on pricing, statement analysis, and closing new business
  • Calls on existing sales agents to discuss and promote all related products and services including discussing business conditions, forecasting needs, and developing solutions
  • Monitors and analyses relationship results and sales agent activities; determines agent profitability; make recommendations regarding accounts, products, and pricing to drive increased revenue amongst sales agents
  • Independently monitors and analyses each sales agent’s portfolios in order to effectively promote and upsell Paysafe’s solutions, grow the existing portfolio and help sales agents to optimize their sales.
  • Generate and analyses reports to gauge profitability of sales agents and works with management to identify areas of opportunity for increases revenue
  • Remain available for agent inquiries and make outbound calls to agents
  • Notify and motivate agents on their weekly goals to help them achieve monthly goal
  • Maintaining a close relationship with active and inactive agents
  • Coaching on rebuttals, sales tactics, role playing
  • Advise agents on Paysafe suite of value-added products and services
  • Educate on price structures, pricing and buy-rates, and interchange
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (Business, Marketing, Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a merchant/partner-facing role, required (payments industry, preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts and achieving revenue and retention goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Sales Force and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
