To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Website Manager.


Position Summary:

Key to Paysafe’s success are well structured, high-performing websites including our corporate site, paysafe.com, which serves as a key ‘first impression’ for a wide variety of visitors looking for general information, seeking out a new payments provider or partnership, interested in employment or reading a blog post. Paysafe also acquires direct merchants in the U.S. through a variety of specialized brands, many of which rely exclusively on digital acquisition to drive inbound sales leads. Key to this marketing function are high-performing landing pages and micro-sites engineered to deliver results.


This is a critical role within the marketing team, the web manager will be responsible for non-development related updates to a handful of websites, including Paysafe.com. He/she will be responsible for partnering with respective cross-functional leaders to develop testing plans, calendar regular content and performance reviews, and own analytical performance reporting and organic search (SEO). Additionally, this individual will represent marketing to ensure that our respective customer portals for the U.S. market include all relevant and updated resource documents and promotional content.


Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, this position may be remote and located in one of our core operating states in the U.S. (Massachusetts, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or California). Keys for success include collaboration and cross-functional communication, superior technical skills, strong knowledge of Google Analytics and baseline reporting.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Updating website content; coordinating with cross-functional teams; ensuring all approval processes are followed and pre-publication testing
  • Building and testing landing pages including lead flow forms and Google tracking
  • Reviewing SEO and collaborating with digital leaders on functional recommendations
  • Liaising with web development team on larger-scale, global projects
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on site performance
  • Conducting quarterly functional reviews with key stakeholders


You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Writing, or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of website management experience, including knowledge of web development tools, content management systems, content architecture, design, and production procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with evolving trends in digital storytelling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Pardot, WordPress and/or Typo3 a plus.
  • Self-motivated; superior multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Team player; superior communication skills.
