Position Summary

The Marketing Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering strategic, data-driven marketing services to clients, with a focus on digital campaign execution, communications, and revenue growth. This role supports a wide range of marketing initiatives across digital channels, while also contributing to client acquisition, retention, and product communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge in iGaming, lottery, and forex.

Key Responsibilities

Client Marketing Services

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across web, mobile, SEM, social, email, and display advertising
  • Manage campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and third-party networks
  • Support clients through advertising approval processes on regulated platforms (e.g., Google, Meta)
  • Identify and recommend new acquisition channels to improve client ROI
  • Collaborate with client account teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Revenue & Performance Focus

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to drive revenue and optimize marketing spend
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve client acquisition and retention
  • Contribute to upsell strategies and identify opportunities for additional marketing services

Communications & Content

  • Draft and distribute external communications related to product updates, releases, and service announcements
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure accurate and timely messaging
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, and sales collateral
  • Support the development of digital and print marketing materials, including websites and presentations

Event & Conference Support

  • Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for client-related events and industry conferences
  • Assist in content creation and promotional strategies for event participation
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints

Industry Knowledge & Innovation

  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends
  • Continuously upskill in digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Demonstrate and expand knowledge of the iGaming, lottery, and forex industries
  • Deepen understanding of Income Access products and services to better support client communications

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing or agency role

Technical & Marketing Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Display, Analytics, and similar media tools
  • Solid understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Familiarity with HTML, website creation, and SEO techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using internet-based tools and social networking platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and customer relationship management abilities
