To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for the Acquiring team in LATAM.


The role

Paysafe is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Acquiring team in LATAM.

In this role you will be in charge of the acquiring business in the region. You will be leading the enablement of Paysafe as acquirer in several markets, starting by Peru.

You will work in close collaboration with the acquiring processor partner, our technology and gateway teams. Your will be in charge of defining the functional requirements for a full licensed solution and participate in the E2E implementation process.

In parallel, you will also lead the analysis for different models to enter other markets (gateway only, PSP…) and define the collaboration framework with potential partners as well as the functional requirements to get integrated with them. You will work closely with the APMs team to manage the relationship with partners.

You possess deep knowledge of the Acquiring business and experience leading real card processing implementations. You are updated about the acquiring industry in LATAM and competitive landscape.

You can communicate with multiple groups at the appropriate level of information, as well as conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training.  

We are looking for someone who can maintain focus on strategic objectives and can combine them with efficiency and quality of delivery. We need a self-sufficient person that needs limited supervision.


Deliverables / Tasks


  • Work with VP Product LATAM to define and articulate the Acquiring product strategy and roadmap for LATAM as well as the metrics.
  • Lead the enablement of such strategy in several LATAM markets.
  • Define functional requirements for each solution in each market.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.
  • Create the Go-To-Market plan, working closely with marketing and sales ultimately responsible for the overall product launch
  • Monitoring the product, maintaining business KPI’s, and managing the feedback loop back into development for product enhancements
  • Understand the regulatory environment and its impact on our service in LATAM


Critical Competencies


  • At least 8+ years overall product management experience, with 5+ years specifically in the eCommerce gateway space
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products and services
  • Strong overall knowledge payment trends, including various distribution models with ISVs and ISOs, and integration with processors
  • Experience with agile methodologies and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies
  • Ability to identify, track, and analyze both leading and lagging KPI metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts 
  • Strong understanding of LATAM cards industry



  • Education: Technical or Business degree
  • Experience: 8-10 years in a product management, ideally in card processing
  • Execution: A process and document driven thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
  • English and Spanish required
