We are seeking a VP Analytics and Transformation to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the finance analytic capabilities and transformation agenda across the Digital Wallets Finance area.

Key Responsibilities

 

Delivery of Analytics capability across the Digital Wallets Finance function, through creative automation within the BI team across a prioritised book of work
Overall delivery of Product Profitability capabilities across Digital Wallets, and ongoing stewardship of the approach to support the growth agenda for the business and highlight areas of opportunity and concern
Championing change within the function, pushing the agenda and ensuring delivery of key transformational projects including support of the Digital Wallets integration project
Progressing team from data to insights; collaborating with the Commercial Finance, FP&A and business teams as needed to deliver creative solutions to inform key decision making
Review, assess and recommend improvements to internal control systems, processes, controls and procedures ensuring appropriate documentation in place and strong team engagement in this area
Collaboration with Paysafe Group teams such as Data governance to inform, adhere to and deliver on the Paysafe Data Strategy, including partnering with the chief data office
Ability to grasp complex businesses at a base level and use this understanding to drive process and systems improvements/efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review and critically assess current systems in order to recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization, including developing team structures
Motivating and coaching a direct team of c.10 individuals across diverse geographies
Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management analytics for Digital Wallets CFO, CEO and directs
Providing proactive thought-leadership for the CFO’s Leadership team, contribute to & challenge decisions.
Involvement in and leadership of broader ad hoc projects as required
 
 

Professional Qualifications, Experience and Capbilities:

 

Strong communication skills both written and oral
Significant payments/financial services experience
Experience in change projects
Strong analytical background, with keen interest in systems and processes
Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to build good relationships across the business
Holds ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
