Summary

Paysafe is seeking a Transformation Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Transformation Manager will lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and growth. This role combines transformation leadership (70%) with M&A integration management (30%), ensuring seamless execution of integration activities while advancing the company’s transformation agenda.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Transformation (70%)

  • Strategic Alignment: Support senior leaders in defining and documenting objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with Group strategy, ensuring end-to-end alignment across business units.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data on friction points, perform root-cause analysis, and develop hypotheses and solutions to address inefficiencies.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable progress and impact.
  • Change Management: Facilitate adoption of transformation initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on transformation progress to senior leadership, including recommendations for adjustments based on performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with functional leads to track integration milestones and ensure alignment with overall transformation objectives.

 

M&A Integration (30%)

  • Integration Planning: Lead or support the acquisition integration office to ensure disciplined execution of integration activities.
  • Process Harmonization: Implement consistent and aligned processes across acquired businesses, ensuring operational synergies.
  • Risk Management: Identify integration risks and opportunities, propose mitigations, and escalate issues as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL would be highly beneficial
  • Expertise in transformation methodologies and change management.
  • Experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies would be advantageous
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in M&A integration processes and operational alignment.
