Paysafe is currently searching for a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist in the Sales Enablement Team based in our London office Hub.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Becoming knowledgeable in Paysafe products and APIs. 
  • Assisting in engaging with prospective customers during the sales process to understand their business model and objectives. 
  • Assisting in ensuring prospective customers' needs are correctly understood and proposing appropriate product and technical integration solutions for onboarding, processing, funding, reporting, etc. 
  • Assisting in identifying special requirements from prospective customers and participating in internal discussions around custom requirements. 
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Presales team to support the positioning of Paysafe in sales conversations. 
  • Documenting solutions for future reference, including technical and non-technical business processes and user flows. 
  • Assisting in creating client-facing demo applications and contributing content to the developer center. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for product roll-outs and offer input on future feature sets and capabilities. 
  • Tracking and managing Presales Cases in Salesforce. 
  • Assisting in escalating issues and proposing improvements to the Development, Product, and/or Operations teams. 
  • Developing a Knowledge base for trainings of other teams as needed. 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Basic understanding of XML, JAVA, REST, SOAPetc. 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, including ability to author ad-hoc database queries. 
  • Has an understanding ofintegrating APIs (asset) 
  • Familiar with Github 

Education, Experiences and skills: 

  • Associate’s or equivalent combination of education and experience, required 
  • Technical Product/Software certifications an asset 
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role 
  • Has previous experience in a traditional Technical Client Support or Technical Pre-Sales role 
  • Demonstrates professional communication skills on technical and business-related subjects 
  • Experience working with payment gateways a major plus including ecommerce and Retail 
  • Payments industry experience, preferred 
  • Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions 
  • Demonstrate ability to articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language 
  • Solution driven, able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently, able to work alone or in a team 
  • Requires interaction with all levels of employees, Sales Partners, Vendors and Merchants 
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
  • Experienced with Salesforce is a plus
