How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

  • Develop cybersecurity Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators that provide actionable insights into the performance of security controls across the enterprise.
  • Determine data sources of KRIs and KPIs in collaboration with cybersecurity and IT colleagues.
  • Define acceptable thresholds for each KRI & KPI, in collaboration with control owners and security leadership stakeholders.
  • Comprehensively document all KPIs and KRIs, capturing data sources, data attributes, calculations, and similar.
  • Define, measure and track success metrics for planned changes to security controls.
  • Monitor critical controls for adverse changes in performance, alerting control owners and security leadership, as necessary.
  • Deliver trend analysis on security control performance in order to demonstrate continuous improvements.
  • Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Design and deliver data evidenced visualisation of the exposure to, and mitigation of, cyber threats allowing Business Units to make informed decisions based on risk appetite.
  • Drive the development of Paysafe’s Security Data Science platform, working with external partners as necessary, along with driving the integration of data sources with the platform.
  • Participate in quarterly and strategic planning discussions.
  • Lead the production and management of various materials for weekly reporting, executive presentations, team communications, and similar, as required.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis
  • 2 years’ experience in Operations, IT or cybersecurity preferred.
  • Experience in working within Financial Services industry preferable.
  • Extensive experience in data querying, wrangling, and transformation essential.
  • Proficient in data visualisation and presentation skills essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Power Query, and Powerpoint.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders of all levels of seniority in the development and delivery of data driven outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and ability to communicate data analytics concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Degree level or equivalent, in relevant field of data analytics.
  • Alternatively, strong experience in data analytics with a proven track record.
