The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing sales performance by delivering accurate, high-quality analysis and executive-level reporting. Operating within the Sales Effectiveness team, the role is responsible for producing Board-level sales performance reports and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Working closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams, the analyst acts as a key liaison to ensure alignment between sales performance, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role supports the sales budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing robust analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven insights that enable more informed decision-making and stronger execution across the sales organization

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Own and deliver sales performance reporting, including Board and executive-level reporting, providing clear visibility of performance, risks, and opportunities across the sales organisation.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Finance, supporting the sales budgeting and forecasting processes through robust analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven insights that inform revenue planning and target setting
  • Lead deep-dive analysis of complex sales data, personally working with datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities, translating findings into clear strategic insight for Sales and Commercial leadership.
  • Develop and present executive-level reporting and performance narratives, producing high-quality materials that support senior decision-making and commercial planning.
  • Partner closely with the Data team to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful data underpins sales reporting and operational processes, driving continuous improvements in data quality, structure, and usability
  • Work hands-on with Salesforce, Power BI, and core datasets to extract, validate, and analyse pipeline and revenue performance, ensuring reporting remains accurate, consistent, and actionable.

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years finance / reporting and analytical experience
  • Proven experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Sequel
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and PowerBi, including reporting and data extraction.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Snowflake is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
