We're currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Digital Wallets team (Skrill and NETELLER brands within the Paysafe Group). On this role you would be responsible for high-level managing a diverse range of projects and campaigns across the Digital Wallets Business Unit. The Marketing team is responsible for translating the digital wallet marketing plans into an integrated, operational plan across a range of marketing disciplines. As part of the team you would be driving initiatives using all marketing channels, defining the development of the Marcomms plan in line with the product proposition and ensuring all digital channels and materials such as landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts are aligned and consistent. We are looking for seamless execution and delivery and experienced digital storyteller.


What you will do?

  • Support the Product Marketing Managers and Head of CRM in delivering against the financial goals for the year.
  • Working closely with the product team and business line workstreams to support the marketing campaign delivery,
  • Supporting the marketing communication plan for following business areas: Knect Loyalty, Refer a Friend, Pricing & Banking, VIP/HVC, Partnerships, Prepaid Card & Crypto.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc requests, campaigns and any briefing and delivery of marketing materials for wider projects and initiatives
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time and in-line with the Product Marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing Team to develop campaign briefs and operational execution plans
  • Ensure all campaigns and initiatives have a signed off brief (inc. budget and objectives/ROI) before creation of the execution plan.
  • Adopt project management and continuous test and learn approach to all campaigns, projects, and programs
  • Ensures wider stakeholders are kept updated on campaign/project progress to ensure planned activities are delivered on time, on budget and with the expected ROI
  • Build and maintain strong and highly collaborative relationships across the marketing function – ensuring, Product, Customer Service, UX, Digital Channels, PR & Internal Communications are effectively integrated into the campaign/project plan
  • Working closely with the Insights Department to ensure end to end reporting on all initiatives, focusing on growth and a positive ROI
  • Regular alignment with all channel owners – social, paid media, Email & CRM, Web, for the planning and execution of campaigns
  • Responsible for supporting the lifecycle program and BHAG goals with a focus on acquiring, activation, retaining and upselling for ongoing growth. 


To be successful you need to have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • A creative thinker, putting the customer at the heart of the communication
  • Strong campaign, project and reporting management skills
  • Excellent briefing and stakeholder management skills
  • Broad exposure to the planning, briefing, implementation and measurement (ROI) of a range of marketing techniques
  • Commercially astute and proven focus on achievement of ROI and growth hacking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Understanding of the payments or associated industries would be beneficial.
  • Marketing degree or similar
