As a Senior Product Manager for the Global Portals team, you will be responsible for the product vision and delivery of our best-in-class merchant facing application (web and mobile). This self-serve application is a single point of contact for our merchant, ISV partners and agents, and hosts a set of features that enable our customers to onboard, integrate, control and manage their business with Paysafe.

The impact you will have:

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering in defining scope and charter of the projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, run customer tests/ experiments and surveys in order to identify gaps and upcoming technologies in the sphere of Payments.
  • Work closely with the Product Design team to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Create and maintain a healthy, well defined product backlogs against the defined roadmap within Jira.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to validate business requirements and turn those requirements into user stories.
  • Manage team sprints and agile ceremonies.
  • Create well defined and detailed processes, product flows, user journeys, release notes etc. and keeping information up to date.
  • Measure and monitor the performance metrics of the product and identify areas of iterative improvement.
  • Engage and work closely with the Development team to help determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
  • Work with development leads to identify releases and feature deployment.
  • Provide KT sessions and training as needed.
  • Find solutions to unblock the team and enable them to deliver features.
  • The candidate will have to cover multiple jurisdictions and geographies including but limited to USA and Canada.

 

What we're looking for: 

  • Min 5 years of experience as a PM role in product organization. Payment industry experience will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in defining product specifications in large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in Agile methodology
  • Experience working in a diverse and multi-location company.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • Gathering functional requirements and validating them with stakeholders.
  • Support the roadmap process and execute requirements across multiple teams.
  • Self-starter to drive change and manage results.
  • Experience implementing Quarterly releases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently in English (both written and spoken). This includes excellent listening skills, concise communications and targeting the message to specific audiences
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Preferably from BE CS/IT/ ECE.
