Senior Loyalty Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Loyalty Insights Analyst to directly support the Loyalty Proposition team in the analysis and on-going management of our Skrill and NETELLER digital wallets loyalty programs; Knect and VIP.

 

Your work will help ensure a data driven, insight led approach is taken to identifying growth opportunities within the knect and VIP programs.  Increase customer engagement by improving the way we market to our millions of international customers and maximise lifetime value through improving our customer retention.

Right now we are all working from home, but we plan to go back into our Canary Wharf office on a flexible remote and office based working schedule.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work alongside the Loyalty Proposition team to report on the ongoing management and overall health of the loyalty program against set KPIs. Track loyalty program spend, engagement across regions, uptake and the relevance of rewards. Helping to inform and deliver the loyalty strategy against our commercial and customer targets
  • Undertake regular relevant and actionable data analysis, including program/initiative evaluation and ROI analysis, loyalty customer profiling and opportunity scoping analysis, developing dashboards and reports, presenting key findings back to the business, interpreting the results and impact on the business, helping to shape improvements to the loyalty program
  • Collaborate with our Loyalty Proposition and Customer Insights teams to devise the most appropriate CRM strategies for our customers dependent upon life stage (e.g. acquisition, nurture, next best action and retention) as well as event driven and tactical campaigns
  • Work with other members of Customer Insight and Marketing colleagues to ensure the loyalty program CRM strategy works within a consistent and coordinated holistic approach to all lifecycle communications across all customer touchpoints and life stages
  • Where appropriate, utilise predictive modelling, machine learning and segmentation techniques to develop robust multi-variate solutions to understanding our customer data
  • Through robust analysis help improve the performance and maximise revenue/longevity/satisfaction of our VIP and High Value Customer base

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar data analytics role, able to demonstrate the application of data insights into CRM strategy and/or to influence key business decision making processes
  • Strong data analytical skills and experience working across different technologies/tools with the ability to comfortably work with large data sets
  • Hands-on experience of writing complex queries in SQL (e.g. PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Snowflake)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Tableau and OBI
  • Experience of using data mining tools such as R, Python and SPSS Modeler for statistical analysis, specifically predictive modelling/clustering, would be advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and to priorities against competing deadlines
