As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for defining and reviewing solutions that best address the business needs. Having the right mix of both technical and business skills will allow you to explain complex solutions to audiences of varying technical understanding. You will use your knowledge to influence which direction, platforms and technologies to consider for current and future objectives. How we work: 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have: 

  • Design and implement solutions that meet both the needs of the business and align with the overall IT strategy and vision
  • Liaise with product, development, and business stakeholders
  • Articulate complex solutions to key business stakeholders
  • Motivate and coach both developers and peers
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and the technology landscape 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when defining solutions
  • Drive best practices and processes in architecture

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ industry/CRM experience with 3+ years as an enterprise/platform architect
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team-building skills
  • Proven capability in architecting solutions with hands-on participation in building and releasing solutions for enterprise projects
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Expert-level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable the achievement of the desired business outcomes
  • Good technical foundation including advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc
  • Deep and extensive knowledge, and experience of Force.com technical platform, including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of sophisticated VisualForce components, Chatter API, including integration
  • Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, and design patterns
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)

 

Additional skillset:

  • Detail-oriented high availability and metrics insight design principles
  • Previous experience in the payments industry
  • Working knowledge of IT systems, Information Security, and applications
  • Salesforce.com and other certifications
