As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will lead the internal Salesforce development team, mentoring and coaching developers while driving technical excellence. You’ll design scalable solutions, provide effort estimations, ensure development quality, and collaborate with outsourced teams. With hands-on development on the Salesforce platform, you’ll build integrations and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

How we work: 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have: 

  • You will lead the internal Salesforce development team, providing opportunities for the team members to learn and grow and coach them to become the best developers and administrators that they can be, also finding new talents if necessary. 
  • You will design technical solutions.
  • Provide effort estimations and review estimates from outsourced development teams.
  • You will develop and configure hands-on on the Salesforce platform. 
  • You will be responsible for the quality management process of the team and collaborate with outsourced teams on theirs. 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of software development experience, 3+ years of experience of development experience on the Salesforce platform. 
  • Extensive experience building Triggers, Batch Apex, LWCs and Flows. 
  • Experience building integrations using the native Salesforce APIs, custom Salesforce APIs and ETL tools.  
  • Knowledge of best practises in structuring Apex code and configurations  
  • Experience with automated testing of Salesforce functionality. 
  • People management experience is a great plus. 
  • Experience with GitLab, Jira and Confluence is a plus. 
  • Certifications on path to Salesforce Technical Architect are a plus.
