We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Manager – Consumer Brand Migration (B2C) to lead a critical transformation initiative focused on the rebuild and migration of consumer marketing capabilities across key Paysafe brands, including Skrill, Pago, Neteller, and PaysafeCard.

 

This role will play a central part in migrating and redesigning consumer campaigns, audience segments, templates, automations, and customer journeys from Legacy platforms including Oracle Responsys into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced. The successful candidate will combine strong MarTech solution design capability with hands-on delivery expertise, helping shape a scalable, modern, and data-driven consumer engagement ecosystem.

 

This is a strategic and execution-focused role, requiring close partnership across Consumer Marketing, Product, Data, CRM, Technology, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure migration outcomes are aligned to both brand needs and enterprise platform standards.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Consumer Brand Migration & Transformation:

  • Lead the solution design and execution approach for the migration and rebuild of B2C marketing capabilities across Skrill, Pago, Neteller, and PaysafeCard.
  • Own the end-to-end analysis and migration of campaigns, customer segments, email/SMS/push templates, automations, and journeys from legacy platforms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Partner with brand and marketing stakeholders to rationalize existing assets, identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization, and define the future-state approach.
  • Help shape reusable migration patterns, design standards, and best practices to support scalable brand onboarding into the new platform.

 

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across Consumer Marketing and related functions.
  • Translate requirements into clear solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, data teams, and platform owners to assess feasibility, dependencies, integration requirements, and delivery sequencing.
  • Configure and implement Marketing Cloud Advanced solutions
  • Support testing, validation, defect triage, and business readiness activities related to migrated journeys and campaigns.

 

Stakeholder Management & Governance:

  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders on consumer brand migration activity, providing visibility on scope, progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to align migration outcomes with broader CRM, data, consent, and customer communication strategies.
  • Ensure solutions are designed in accordance with platform governance, data standards, brand requirements, and risk/compliance expectations.
  • Contribute to the Marketing Cloud roadmap and help communicate migration priorities, sequencing, and value realization.

 

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud within the context of B2C customer communications and lifecycle orchestration.
  • Provide guidance on how to redesign journeys and campaigns for improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
  • Support junior team members and broader stakeholders in understanding Marketing Cloud capabilities, migration considerations, and solution design best practices.

 

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, with strong hands-on expertise across journey building, segmentation, content, configuration, and data structures.
  • Understanding and experience in Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next
  • Understanding and experience in Data 360 (Data Cloud)
  • Proven experience delivering migration or rebuild programs across campaigns, templates, segments, and customer journeys from legacy marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with B2C lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer communications in a multi-brand or complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, customer segmentation, audience design, and marketing data models.
  • Experience collaborating with agile delivery teams and working within tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into scalable, well-structured technical and functional solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across marketing, product, data, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Understanding of the wider Salesforce ecosystem, including exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, Communities is an advantage.  
  • Experience with MarTech platforms beyond Marketing Cloud, including Oracle Responsys or other campaign management tools, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

 

Preferred experience:

  • Experience migrating from Oracle Responsys marketing platforms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience supporting consumer payments, digital wallet, fintech, or regulated customer communications environments.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel campaign delivery across email, SMS, push, and in-app communications.
  • Exposure to brand migration, platform consolidation, or large-scale MarTech transformation initiatives.
