Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solutions Manager

 

The Commerce Cloud Solutions Manager will drive the adoption and technical integration of Commerce Cloud at Paysafe. This strategic and hands-on role requires a proactive approach to enhance our Commerce cloud solution.  The role often involves working in cross-functional teams with other roles such as Solution Architects, Technical Architects, QA Consultants, and Project Managers.  You may need to handle customer requirements, customize components, and work with various Salesforce features like promotions, order management, and inventory systems.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess the feasibility of initiatives.
  • Design solutions based on gathered requirements and your own expertise in Commerce Cloud, in collaboration with other technical experts
  • Write user stories with detailed requirements, ensuring they are ready for development
  • Manage the Commerce Cloud backlog and regularly update stakeholders on the Commerce Cloud vision and roadmap.
  • Implement B2B Commerce Cloud solutions, including configuring storefronts, checkout processes and pricing
  • Developing custom functionalities on Sales Cloud using Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Working with the wider CRM team of product managers, solution architects and development teams
  • Act as the Commerce Cloud subject matter expert, assisting partners in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing complaints and issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Guide more junior team members in Commerce Cloud

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years Commerce Cloud implementation experience, with experience in integration and data management
  • Experience working with agile development teams and workflows in JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
  • Understanding of core Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B)
  • Core Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Batch, and Flows
  • Experience using REST APIs and other integrations
  • Some frontend development with Javascript (NodeJs, React)
  • Git/GitLab or similar version control
  • Comfortable working in an agile development environment

 

These certifications are a great plus:

  • Accredited B2B Commerce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
