The SVP, Global Consumer Marketing is a visionary executive responsible for architecting and leading Paysafe’s global consumer marketing strategy. This role drives transformative growth, market leadership, and innovation across all consumer segments and geographies. The SVP will set the strategic direction for consumer engagement, retention, and will be accountable for delivering measurable business impact at scale.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Enterprise-Wide Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and oversee global go-to-market strategies for all consumer products, solutions, and features. Lead cross-functional executive teams in defining target audiences, market positioning, and messaging for new and existing offerings.
  • Global Campaign Leadership: Direct the creation and execution of high-impact, integrated campaigns across digital, social, in-product, experiential, and media channels. Ensure campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with global commercial priorities.
  • Growth & Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives to drive consumer acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation across all verticals. Champion digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation to optimize marketing performance and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Integrated Marketing Ecosystem: Lead the development of coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that influence consumer decision-making and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion: Build and nurture strategic alliances with major brands, influencers, creators, affiliates, and merchant partners. Drive co-marketing programs and leverage network effects to expand Paysafe’s reach and influence.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation: Oversee global market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. Identify emerging trends, new growth opportunities, and disruptive technologies to keep Paysafe at the forefront of consumer marketing.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent global brand positioning while tailoring messaging for diverse consumer segments and local markets. Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global consumer marketing organization. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, engineering, commercial, and technology leaders to align marketing with business objectives. Ensure seamless readiness for product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Budget, ROI, and Performance Management: Own and optimize the global consumer marketing budget. Establish rigorous performance measurement frameworks, track KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and consumer lifetime value, and report insights to executive leadership and the board.

 

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s required or equivalent experience lieu of education.
  • 15+ years in progressive consumer marketing leadership roles, with deep experience in B2C environments within fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • 8+ years in executive leadership, managing large, multi-disciplinary, global teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling global consumer brands and creating meaningful consumer connections that translate into loyalty and long-term value.
  • Expertise in B2B2C marketing strategies, leveraging merchant and partner ecosystems to acquire and engage end users, accelerate adoption, and amplify impact through co-marketing, loyalty integrations, and strategic collaborations.
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven mindset; experience with AI, automation, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills; proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders, boards, and external partners.
  • Experience leading through change, driving innovation, and fostering a high-performance culture.
