This role will be responsible for the design system and UI of PaysafeCard and PaysafeCash app & web. This role is a hands-on designer role that will work closely with our Product and Tech teams to prepare all relevant materials for successful product development, making sure the UI is tailored and personalized to our users. In the end, this role will create beautifully designed experiences that captivate and retain customers.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

• Design Projects: Create and develop design concepts and items for various projects, evaluating best practices across the industry and the needs of our customers. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering. 

• Interaction: Communicate positively to understand needs and present design solutions that fit the desired outcomes, leading from mock-ups and concepts to finished designs. 

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet company standards and internal expectations. 

What we're looking for: 

• BA degree in Design or equivalent  

• 2+ years’ experience in Design, UX or similar – company or agency 

• Relevant experience in eCommerce, consumer branding, and/or payment industry 

• Innovative and problem-solving with implementation approach  

• Experience working with Product and Tech teams  

• Experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) is desirable 

• Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch), knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, etc. is a plus 

• Excellent creative, analytical and communicative skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong initiative and dedication to quality 

• Self-motivation and self-reliance 

• Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
