The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for Paysafe’s products and services. This role involves analysing market trends, costs, and margin factors to determine competitive pricing that meets the company’s financial goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

How we work:

 

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

Collaborate with the SVP of Pricing to develop strategic pricing policies and plans.

Conduct detailed market analysis to understand demand, competition, and potential pricing opportunities.

Work with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.

Monitor and report on the performance of pricing strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.

Oversee the pricing team, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies regarding pricing practices.

Develop and maintain pricing models and tools for effective decision-making.

Communicate pricing strategies and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.

Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners to optimize costs.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing.

 

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 8  years of experience in pricing, finance, or a similar analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Knowledge of the specific industry [Company Name] operates in is a plus.
