As the Partner Co-Marketing Lead at Paysafe, specializing in the B2B2C sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaborative marketing efforts with strategic partners to achieve revenue growth, acquire new customers, and enhance brand visibility. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing co-marketing campaigns and programs, establishing strong partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Marketing, Marketing Centre of Excellence, Sales, Product and Commercial teams, to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.

How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:
Strategic Partnership Development: 

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses in the B2B2C space, aligning with Paysafe's objectives and target market. Negotiate the terms of engagement with partners and establish clear processes and frameworks around co-marketing. Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and co-marketing opportunities. 
 
Co-Marketing Campaigns and Programs: 

Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and programs with strategic partners, leveraging joint resources and expertise to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and increase brand awareness. Establish scalable approaches to managing partner co-marketing initiatives through playbooks, robust GTM processes and programmatic approach to execution. Collaborate with partners to build integrated marketing plans and execute campaigns across various channels. 
 
Revenue and Growth Objectives:
 

Drive measurable results by delivering revenue growth, acquiring net new actives, and driving customer growth through effective co-marketing initiatives. Track and analyse campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. 
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Centre of Excellence, Sales, and Commercial teams to align co-marketing efforts with overall business goals and brand strategy. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of joint marketing activities. 
 
New Business Opportunities: 

In collaboration with Strategy, Commercial and Account Management teams, continuously identify and evaluate new business opportunities and revenue streams within the B2B2C sector. Proactively seek out creative ideas and innovative approaches to maximize the impact of co-marketing initiatives. 
 
Brand Alignment: 

Ensure that all co-marketing efforts are aligned with Paysafe's brand identity and values. Maintain consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all collaborative marketing materials and campaigns. 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field;  
  • Proven experience in co-marketing or partnership marketing roles, with a focus on driving collaborative initiatives and achieving business results. 
  • Having a background in the fields of gambling, gaming, or sports is considered advantageous 
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate partnerships. 
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through co-marketing efforts. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and develop impactful marketing programs. 
  • Prior experience in the B2B2C sector or related industries is preferred.
