Paysafe is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our expanding Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence team based in London. Reporting directly to the Paid Search Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving growth across our B2C brand portfolio during an exciting phase of strategic expansion. The position requires a strong focus on tactical, hands-on execution within advertising platforms, making practical experience essential to ensure top-tier performance across our Paid Search initiatives.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Support the Paid Search Manager in overseeing day-to-day global paid search operations for our B2C brands, including Skrill, PaysafeCard, and PagoEfectivo.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and meet ROI and LTV:CAC targets by exploring innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns—from setup and optimisation to performance reporting—with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and deliver detailed forecasts and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Search Engine Marketing.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team and cross-functional groups such as Product and Analytics to refine consumer journeys through ongoing testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Act as a paid search advocate across the organisation, ensuring visibility and alignment in all relevant campaigns and briefs.

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; or additional relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Search campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360.
  • Proficient in tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Tag Manager 360.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app marketing across both Android and iOS ecosystems.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads and MobileAction is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in data visualisation tools including Microsoft Excel and Google Data Studio; familiarity with Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify data trends and patterns, and translate them into clear, actionable insights for Paid Search performance.
  • Broad understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a keen interest in emerging trends and developments in advertising.
  • Capable of producing detailed reports and delivering engaging presentations to stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills, always seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign outcomes.
