Paysafe is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team of Relationship Managers. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payments industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

Team Leadership and Development:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve performance goals and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting proactive problem-solving and innovation.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as an escalation point for major client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support Relationship Managers in conducting strategic business reviews and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and client retention targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs, product improvements, and service delivery.
  • Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, retention, satisfaction, and feedback, and report on performance to senior management.

 

Business Development and Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Drive geographic expansion and promote Paysafe’s products and services to enhance client portfolios.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales quotas and revenue growth targets.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain SLAs for client support, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to minimize client attrition and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, risk, and other departments to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in account or relationship management, business development, or sales in the payments industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts and achieving revenue and retention goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce), and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
