Paysafe is currently looking for an Internal Audit Manager, Financial Crime to Join our Audit Team.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

• Lead audit reviews and supervise internal and co-sourced team members
• Ensure audit deliverables meet internal methodology and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present audit updates
• Write clear reports detailing risks, recommendations, and management actions
• Confirm closure of audit issues through evidence and discussions
• Contribute to audit universe development and risk assessment planning
• Support transformation and recruitment within the Internal Audit function 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong academic background (bachelor’s or higher)
• 5+ years in internal audit within financial services
• Recognized accountancy/audit/financial crime certification
• Proven experience in financial crime audits (AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption) 

Preferred Experience:

• Internal audit experience in a payments firm
• Big 4 background
