Senior Partner Manager, IES

Paysafe is currently seeking a Senior Partner Manager


Responsibilities -

  • Identify, assess, create and execute strategic partnerships opportunities in line with IES vertical sales and geographies.
  • Provide ongoing account management to strategic partners, ensure regular cadence is set to ensure identification of new opportunities are capitalised on at pace.
  • Achieve and exceed annual targets, through a combination of reseller and lead generation for direct sales teams, where we can leverage/combine several of our group capabilities.
  • Develop and grow new channels of revenue for Paysafe products in a joint initiative with supporting business units across Paysafe group.
  • Establish and monitor business cases and KPIs for all partnerships initiatives (for approval, during execution and post-delivery).
  • Ensure Sales Force reporting is accurate and regularly updated, to ensure up to date forecasting of opportunities are maintained.
  • Work closely with all business units, marketing, product, technology, and operations teams to identify impactful opportunities and drive partnerships to execution
  • Represent partners internally and Paysafe externally with partners’ management teams and at industry events


Competencies -

  • 5 to 10 years of demonstrated success in business development that resulted in user and revenue growth via partnerships
  • High degree of knowledge on card processing, acquiring and online payments technologies.
  • Creative problem solver and innovator – to build new business models and adapt new kinds of partnership structures.
  • Able to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internally and external stakeholders.
  • Collegial, high energy, and persistent personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platform providers. Eg SAP Hybris, Global Distributions Systems, System Integrators and their corresponding technical/payment infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to work/perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requesting availability, autonomy and reactivity
  • Impeccable ethics and partnership-focus.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organisational skills, and business judgment
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables.
