This role sits in the Group Finance function of Paysafe Group Limited, a dynamic Global Fintech business, listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Reporting to the Group Consolidation Lead, this role is focused on delivering period-end close and requires someone with a strong understanding of a multi-currency group consolidation processes, within a SOX control environment.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of functions across Group Finance and engage in the detail of the Group close process and assist with the review of financial information, to draw sound and concise conclusions.

Key Roles:

  • Perform multi-currency consolidation and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement line items.
  • Contribute to timely and accurate preparation and posting of elimination and necessary consolidation adjustments.
  • Support group chart of accounts change management process and liaise with the group finance systems and divisional accounting teams to ensure accurate classification of the underlying GL accounts.
  • Assist with preparation of the group financial reporting package for quarterly and annual results.
  • Perform analytical reviews on various financial statement line items.
  • Liaise with divisional finance teams to ensure a timely and accurate close, and appropriate understanding and analysis of reporting entity submissions.
  • Drive process improvement across the team, including leading various ERP projects when required.
  • Support the wider team’s delivery requirements including ad hoc project work and initiatives.


Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified ACCA/ACA
  • Experience in multi-currency group consolidation
  • Understanding of finance systems – previous experience with HFM is desirable
  • Robust knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards and application thereof
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proactive attitude to working – able to take a task and run with it in the first instance
  • Strong time management skills; able to manage fluctuating workloads, prioritize appropriately and work to strict internal deadlines
  • Have a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset – be able to drive and implement process improvements
  • Previous PLC experience and knowledge of SOX compliance and requirements is desirable
