How we work:

 

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

  • Driving & monitoring mitigation strategy (Risk Systems Tools, Products, Rules, Machine Learning Models)
  • Building and deploying cross business unit strategy focusing on systems and product integration
  • Optimizing and increasing efficiency on traffic and cost impact
  • Leveraging available data and expand intelligence integration from available sources
  • Managing deliverables (projects, key developments) and necessary key risk resources
  • Responsible for KPIs and optimize bad debt management and all financial crime typologies

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • BA degree in Business Administration/Cyber Security or equivalent education/experience
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in Fraud Prevention Industry
  • Relevant experience in Ecommerce and/or Payment industry
  • Fraud Prevention Tools as well as Case Management architecture
  • Experience with ThreatMetrix and Feedzai is advantageous
  • Previous experience in delivering projects and building core risk capabilities across the user journey
  • Good understanding of SQL / Databases / Splunk
  • Good at automating manual processes
  • Familiarity with prepaid products, e-wallet solutions or cryptocurrencies privately or professionally
  • Know-how about cyberthreats (eg malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit rootkits) is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Visio, Point)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and dedication to quality
  • Self-motivation and self-reliance
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willing to embrace change professionally
