An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Paysafe team. This position will support one or more members of our Executive team, as well as our Senior Management Team. The position is based in our London office and will encompass international coordination requiring exceptional levels of organisation, time management and communication skills.



  • Extensive global diary management
  • Coordination of international travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence, considering the target audience, adapting style and communication method accordingly
  • Dealing with both personal and business administration such as updating spread sheets, proof reading presentations and compiling reports
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and minute taking
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders regarding senior management matters
  • Working within tight budget and time constraints
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information



  • Proven experience in an EA style role, ideally supporting multiple senior executives
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and operational support to senior staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytically with a hands-on approach and get things done attitude
  • Excellent knowledge the MS Office suite
  • Ability to deal with confidential issues with integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to pre-empt and provide solutions
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to working closely with the rest of the EA team during times of high workload
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
