We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Benefits Manager to join our rewards Center of Excellence (COE) team based in London. This individual contributor role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global health and welfare programs within European markets, compliance requirements, and global benefits.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
- Benefits & Retirement Expertise: Oversee the design, administration, and compliance of global health & welfare benefits, and leave programs.
- Global Benefits Management: Provide guidance and oversight on international benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, competitive positioning, and local regulatory requirements.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partner with external benefits providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program execution and service delivery.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for health and welfare benefits.
- Benchmarking & Program Optimization: Conduct market research, benchmarking, and cost analyses to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of global benefits offerings.
- Employee Communications & Engagement: Develop and deliver clear, concise benefits communications to employees, improving program understanding and utilization.
- Annual Enrollment Leadership: Drive the planning and execution of benefits open enrollment and support global renewal cycles.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics to assess plan performance, track trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and integration with company policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; advanced degree or certification (CEBS, or CBP) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong focus on global benefits and retirement programs.
- Expertise in benefits plan administration, including compliance, plan audits, and vendor management.
- Preferred to have an understanding of global benefits frameworks, with experience supporting international markets.
- Proven ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and optimize benefits program effectiveness.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to interact with employees, leadership, and vendors.
