Our key objectives include driving international growth and launching innovative products globally. This is a hugely exciting time at Paysafe, and we are looking for an Email Campaign Executive to join the Digital Wallets Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to build and manage our CRM campaigns (email, Web and Push) and support the Marketing team from end-to-end. You will work alongside with the team on various platforms on marketing and service communications in execution and delivery. This role offers the opportunity for candidates to join the growing CRM team within a growing organisation where we constantly strive to enhance our existing communication to drive performance across a global market.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
Key Responsibilities
Building and managing emails using HTML and CSS, adhering to email marketing principles and socialising best practices.

Day-to-day utilisation of Mobile-Optimised HTML templates for large scale email campaigns across multiple languages and markets

Creating and implementing multivariate test campaigns

Creating and executing push marketing campaigns

Building and managing lifecycle marketing programs leveraging multiple communication channels (Email, Push, Web Push, Landing Pages, Forms)

Adhering to established QA processes to ensure 100% accuracy of all email communications.

Day-to-day execution of campaigns using the Email Marketing tools/software solutions

Reporting of email marketing metrics and KPI’s to wider stakeholders

Managing multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring the process is adhered too and correct procedures are followed

Close collaboration with many stakeholders across multiple departments

Be able to analyse problems, provide improvement suggestions and implement them
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
-
Must have 1+ year’s Oracle Responsys experience
-
Must have experience in coding in HTML and CSS for emails and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
-
An understanding of data and customer segmentation & Boolean logic
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and have strong time management skills.

A solid understanding of cross-client/platform issues, code solutions, best practices and email guidelines/best practice standards

Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Proficiency in Adobe suite – particularly Dreamweaver and Photoshop
-
Strong collaborative and team-oriented working style
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Self-Motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
-
Flexible and adaptable with an enthusiasm to learn

Bachelor’s degree in a marketing and/or technical field preferred
