We are seeking a strategic Director, Corporate Affairs to evolve and elevate the Paysafe brand — with a focus on messaging, leadership communications, reputation management, and brand strategy. This role will help define how we present ourselves in the market, articulate our unique value, and build lasting trust with stakeholders ranging from enterprise merchants to board members.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

 

  • Evolve Paysafe’s umbrella brand positioning, messaging architecture, and voice across business units, regions, and stakeholders
  • Develop high-impact executive and board-level narratives that reinforce brand strategy, business priorities, and growth vision
  • Lead reputation management strategy, including monitoring, response coordination, and optimization of Paysafe’s presence on peer review platforms such as G2, Trustpilot, and others
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to guide product naming strategy, ensuring names align with brand principles, market fit, and customer clarity
  • Build a consistent brand voice that scales across channels — from enterprise pitches to digital campaigns to investor materials
  • Enable internal stakeholders with brand toolkits, messaging frameworks, and guidance to support consistent brand delivery
  • Serve as brand steward across the organization, helping ensure marketing and go-to-market teams align to the brand narrative
  • Oversee agency and partner relationships focused on brand messaging and narrative development
  • Support rebrand, renaming, and market entry efforts through cohesive brand and messaging frameworks

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Design; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree, required.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, messaging, or corporate communications, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS, required.
  • Demonstrated success building executive-level narratives and driving cross-functional alignment on messaging and brand voice
  • Experience managing online reputation and peer review presence, with measurable impact on perception and trust
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills across formats — from long-form narratives to succinct, high-impact messaging
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience leading naming initiatives for new products or services
  • Background in strategic communications, brand consulting, or corporate affairs
  • Exposure to global or multi-brand environments, especially within regulated industries
  • Familiarity with voice-of-customer data and brand reputation tracking tools
  • Collaboration with investor relations or leadership on board and shareholder messaging
