Paysafe is currently looking for a Deal Processor.

 

As a member of the Deal Operations Team, you will be responsible for facilitating and assisting with the onboarding of new merchant accounts, while maintaining excellent relations with the merchants, our external partners, and internal business units. The Deal Processor will also be responsible for supporting and assisting Global Sales and Account Management Teams with data entry, reporting and analytics.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

  • Act as subject matter expert for Global Sales and Account Management on all aspects of the deal journey process, provide support and guidance
  • Assist/support merchants and partners with the onboarding of new / additional merchant accounts and address questions related to the application process to ensure a quick and efficient process including relevant set up in Salesforce and other appropriate tools
  • Coordinate account activations with the Underwriting and Operation teams and other departments working together to minimise delays and multiple touchpoints between groups
  • Create new sales lead opportunities in Salesforce and support new product requests
  • Track and report on the status of all net new accounts in Salesforce and review activation KPIs
  • Perform efficient and accurate data-entry tasks, document capture and management, and workflow problem-solving in conjunction with other internal departments
  • Ensure responsibilities are carried out within pre-determined service level agreements (SLA’s) ensuring fast and efficient follow-up and closure
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to accelerate the application and onboarding journey for customers and make recommendations for process improvement and ownership

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • You have a university / college degree or equivalent industry experience
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the payment processing industry 
  • You have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries
  • You are detail-oriented, diligent and possess good analytical skills
  • You demonstrate excellent enthusiasm and have a strong work ethic, necessary to succeed in a fast-moving, competitive, and results-driven environment
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can easily multi-task and handle a high volume of work and you are a solid team player
  • A strong working knowledge of Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • A curious and problem-solving mindset to drive improvements to the end to end experience
