Paysafe is hiring for a Content Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO, you will be instrumental in enhancing the digital visibility of Paysafe’s brands. Joining our dynamic Digital Marketing team, you’ll drive growth in organic search and AI reach by executing SEO and GEO strategies, while optimizing content and websites for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms. Your work will span diverse audiences and themes, with a strong emphasis on developing content for payments, betting, and gaming.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
- Content Production: Manage content creation with external agencies and produce in-house content when required, ensuring all output is high-quality, authoritative, and aligned with SEO/GEO best practices, brand tone, and value proposition.
- Product and Brand Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our brands and products to ensure content accuracy, tone, and compliance by working closely with teams such as Legal, Brand and Product to review and validate content.
- Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies to plan and implement strategies across all SEO pillars. Ensure outputs meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- SEO/GEO Optimisation: Ensure content is set up for maximum visibility across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms. Optimise for readability, and engagement, while structuring content to be AI-friendly.
- Content Publishing: Utilise our CMS to update and publish content across our websites.
- Off-page SEO: Build brand authority and trust signals through strategic off-page SEO to strengthen reputation and improve search and LLM visibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams to communicate plans, request feedback, and deliver SEO/GEO initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse SEO/GEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Profound, and report on KPIs such as AI share of voice and commercial impact to inform strategy and drive ongoing optimisation.
- Testing and Innovation: Explore and test new methods to enhance visibility in generative engines and AI-powered search results
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or educational degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in content writing and SEO, required.
- Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO; technical SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling, action-driven content.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms for uploading and managing content.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and industry trends.
- Experience in the betting and gaming industry is desirable.
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional marketing teams.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, upbeat, and confident attitude.
