How we work:

 

Our preference is for the job holder to follow our hybrid model of 3 days a week on average per week at our London office.

 

 

About the Role 

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Income Access division, an industry leader in affiliate marketing technology and digital marketing services within the iGaming space. 

In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting the sales pipeline. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, market research, and industry events 
  • Build relationships with partners, vendors, and key decision-makers 
  • Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting and visibility 
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth 
  • Develop product and services expertise to confidently position solutions to prospects 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and compliance teams to move deals forward 
  • Identify market trends and uncover new growth opportunities through data and insights 
  • Represent the brand as a thought partner, bringing solution-oriented thinking to client challenges 

 

What You Bring 

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or operations (iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce preferred) 
  • Proven ability to generate leads and support deal conversion 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics 
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 

Nice-to-have: 

  • Affiliate marketing or iGaming experience 
  • Knowledge of Income Access products 
  • Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French)
