How we work:
Our preference is for the job holder to follow our hybrid model of 3 days a week on average per week at our London office.
Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative for our Income Access business, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Paysafe’s reach within target markets and verticals. You will identify and generate new sales opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of digital payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, industry events, and networking.
- Cultivate partnerships with vendors and influence key decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and deliver creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution for new leads.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales leads and opportunity progress.
- Continuously build product knowledge to stay current with new features and market trends.
- Engage regularly with Product Owners to optimize offerings for target markets and verticals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; or experience in lieu of education, required.
- 1+ years’ of experience in account management, sales, or operations, ideally within online gaming or e-commerce, required
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with budgets and sales targets.
- Proven ability to generate and convert sales leads.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong networking and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in Customer Support and/or Sales, with a passion for growth and operational excellence.
- Practical, global perspective and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of digital assets, affiliate marketing, or the iGaming regulatory environment is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French) are a plus.
- Foster a collaborative environment, remaining visible and accessible across the organization.
- Develop and execute clear objectives aligned with the Income Access strategy.
- Balance organizational priorities with customer and partner needs.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in the market, regulations, and business environment, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Use analytics to drive actionable insights and improve decision-making quality.
