The B2B Campaign Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting key marketing initiatives within the Global Marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams to strategize and execute marketing communications, campaigns, create and update marketing materials, administrative support and more. How we work:

 

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

  • Work across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, identity and engagement across marketing campaigns as well as alignment with business objectives, target audience needs, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan and maintain a calendar in our project management tool.
  • Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including graphics, copy, videos, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead scoring and qualification criteria.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate demand generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on demand generation KPIs and contribute to overall marketing performance analysis.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Payments is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in demand generation, B2B marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) is a requirement. Any other fluent language will be considered a plus.
