We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations across the LATAM region. In this role, you will assist with daily cash management, treasury systems, and process improvements while collaborating with regional teams and Group Treasury in London. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to treasury initiatives and help build a more efficient and scalable treasury function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity monitoring across LATAM entities.
• Record and manage treasury transactions in the Treasury Management System (TMS), including intercompany funding, FX trades, and reconciliations.
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of treasury systems, processes, and automation initiatives.
• Support regional treasury projects, new product launches, and banking integrations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide backup support to the Senior Treasury Analyst and assist with ad-hoc analysis and treasury initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with banking portals; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
