Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts across Corporate & Commercial business verticals within our matrixed organization. This individual contributor role works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and other stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies, coordinate hiring activities, and contribute to talent initiatives, playing a key role in delivering talent acquisition excellence and supporting global hiring priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers to support hiring across Corporate and Commercial business lines
- Execute full cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to inform hiring decisions and improve processes.
- Track and report on hiring activity and candidate pipelines within your verticals
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners, and People Enablement locally and globally to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring practices.
- Support DEI, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Be a subject matter expert within your verticals internally and externally
- Participate in vertical meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating global hiring efforts within specific categories or functions.
- Maintain strong candidate experience and uphold excellence in hiring standards across all touchpoints.
- Project ownership and accountability within designated categories
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- English language is an essential requirement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hiring metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
