At Paysafe, we are looking for a Shared Services Agent, a junior profile ideal for someone who is starting their professional career or has prior internship experience and is looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
- Manage refund cases through to resolution, ensuring rigorous follow-up at every stage of the process.
- Keep merchants and buyers informed about the status of their refunds, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and submit refund reports to merchants, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information.
- Identify, document, and promptly escalate any impediments or inconsistencies that impact the performance, continuity, or efficiency of processes.
- Provide support in other team processes, according to operational needs and established priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Required).
- Minimum of one year of experience in industries related to payment methods, fintech, banking, finance, retail, or e-commerce.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment.
- Intermediate English.
