At Paysafe, we are looking for a Shared Services Agent, a junior profile ideal for someone who is starting their professional career or has prior internship experience and is looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Manage fraud cases reported by banks, shoppers, and merchants to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist the legal team with reported legal cases.
  • Collect and digitize legal cases received at the reception.
  • Provide status updates to merchants and banks regarding fraud cases related to them.
  • Register fraud and legal cases for proper follow-up and subsequent analysis.
  • Support additional processes within the fraud team, as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Junior profile: candidates starting their career or with previous internship experience.
  • 1 year of experience in payment methods or fintechs (preferred).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Academic degree: University graduate (required).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office—particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (Macros preferred).
  • Intermediate–advanced English level.
