The Senior Product Manager for LATAM plays a critical role within Paysafe’s Product organization, driving the development and optimization of payment solutions tailored for Latin America. This role focuses on delivering innovative, secure, and scalable Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) and localized payment experiences for merchants across LATAM markets.

 

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to define product requirements, manage integrations, and ensure compliance with regional regulations. This position requires strong expertise in LATAM payment ecosystems, technical product management, and data-driven decision-making. You will leverage insights to improve transaction success rates, enhance merchant experience, and support revenue growth.

 

Role Remit

 

  • Define and manage the LATAM payment solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with Paysafe’s strategic objectives.
  • Gather and analyze merchant requirements to design features that optimize payment flows and transaction performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver secure and scalable payment solutions.
  • Manage integrations with local payment providers, wallets, and bank transfer systems, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and consumer protection standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform product strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs such as transaction success rates, cost efficiency, and fraud metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support go-to-market activities and provide product expertise to internal stakeholders and merchant partners.
  • Document product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications clearly and concisely.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, required. Experience within payments or fintech, preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, required. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM payment ecosystems, including APMs, digital wallets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations for local payment providers and wallets.
  • Familiarity with transaction lifecycle, fraud prevention, and dispute management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience optimizing payment flows for APMs in LATAM markets.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, and payment architecture.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention tools, tokenization, and dispute management workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance improvement.
