Summary

We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and go-to-market execution of Paysafe’s White-Labeled Wallet offering across key industry verticals. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping product strategy through inclusive market research, building deep vertical expertise, and driving innovation that reflects the diverse needs of our users and partners.

You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing solutions to managing implementation, support, and responsible sunset planning. A core focus will be on driving sustainable revenue growth and optimizing costs, while ensuring the product delivers value across varied markets.

This role also involves gathering and sharing competitive intelligence, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement. This position is based in Lima, Peru, and follows a hybrid work model—offering a balanced schedule of three in-office days and two remote workdays per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional expansion of the PagoEfectivo Wallet, scaling from Peru into new LATAM markets while strengthening the visibility of both the PagoEfectivo and Paysafe brands.
  • Analyze market trends and users need to identify business opportunities in financial services and digital wallets, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion across diverse LATAM communities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure successful product launches in multiple countries.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and inclusive user experiences, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the wallet and its white-label solutions.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights, regional trends, and strategic goals, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Lead project management efforts for new market entries, establishing collaborative processes across Paysafe and its subsidiaries in fast-paced environments.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including operational support, merchant onboarding, channel activation, and sales enablement, positioning PagoEfectivo as a flagship product in LATAM.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or product management, with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Payments, ideally with exposure to digital wallets, payouts, or embedded finance, and a passion for financial inclusion.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling products in LATAM, with an understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Comfortable working with data and decision-making tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and openness to learning new platforms.
