We have an opportunity available for a Director, Regulatory (LATAM) to lead in the provision of key strategic regulatory support to the Paysafe Group including Pago Efectivo and SafetyPay business in the LATAM region. In this role you will be leading on the provision of critical regulatory advice, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across Paysafe including our Senior Leaders both locally and at Group level to support Paysafe to achieve our strategic objectives in the region.
Summary

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and execute the Latin America (LATAM) product strategy, ensuring sure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
In this role, you will focus on delivering seamless, secure, and global payment experiences for some of LATAM’s leading brands. You will be responsible for understanding the complex needs of strategic merchants, developing payment products that enhance customer satisfaction, mitigate fraud, and drive operational efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future payments by working cross-functionally with providers, acquirers, payment networks, risk and compliance teams, and technology partners in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new payments products/new functionalities for different LATAM markets where Paysafe has presence.
- Enhance our existing proposition across LATAM markets in all the core verticals of Paysafe
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations, working closely with IT analysis and development teams.
- Develop and drive Paysafe’s product roadmap based on LATAM market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Perform data analysis to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Lead the competitive analysis by benchmarking our products against industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
- Ensure products are compliant with evolving industry regulations, including payment authorization, refunds, and consumer protection laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or experience in lieu of degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 8+ years of product management experience, required, preferably in the digital payments industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and KPI tracking (e.g., approval rates, refund speed, customer satisfaction).
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams across risk, compliance, legal, engineering, and commercial units.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
