Role Summary
Our growing fintech payments company is seeking a skilled Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the merchant onboarding process end-to-end for all Paysafe brands.
What will you do:
- Responsible for creating of merchant accounts, set-up in internal systems and bringing them to ready for transacting stage in close collaboration with technical integration, sales and account management teams;
- Maintain a quality check of all merchant onboarding stages; ·
- Responsible for handling of internal and external change requests regarding settings of merchant accounts;
- Responsible for initiating, implementing and executing internal and cross-departmental product and process changes;
- Responsible for project and process documentation as well as training and cross-training of employees;
- Regular reporting for ongoing projects as well as continuous data analysis & quality assurance.
- Update the Management team on issues of concern that may cause a significant financial or service impact on the department and/or company;
- Duties assigned to him/her by his/her superior or company manager in accordance to his/her position.
To be successful you need to have:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Complete higher education in science, business administration or similar.
- Qualification requirements for the position: Computer literacy and strong Internet knowledge (mail, www, MS OFFICE, OS Windows)
- Foreign language: Advance English (C1)
