Junior Product Owner

Location: Hybrid (Work from home + 3 days per week at our office)

As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and executed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and product development to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Role Remit

• Assist in defining and prioritizing product backlog items in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future improvements.
• Ensure clear communication between development teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, required or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
