We are excited to invite a Jr Support Analyst to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health of applications in the production environment with different tools used.
- Set up alerts for applications so you can proactively identify errors.
- Identify outages of company applications, escalate, and follow up until the solution.
- Communicate to the business areas the incidences of the applications in production, from the beginning, the development, and the final solution.
- Transactional monitoring of the company's merchants.
- Transactional monitoring of collection networks.
- Identify falls of merchants or collectors.
- Establish communications with the technical areas of merchants or collectors to find solutions to incidents.
- Address incidents reported by business areas.
- Execute hotfix for the attention and/or solution of incidents in production.
- Propose changes to have a continuous improvement to the support and monitoring processes of the applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Systems Engineering or Computer Science, related careers.
- Proven experience in the position of 2 years.
- SQL SERVER database (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of AWS (basic level).
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
Other Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of application development.
- Knowledge of BI tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Fintech companies.
- Agile methodologies.
- Soft skills.
