Role Overview

As an Integrations Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of technical integrations between merchants, standard banks and our payment platform. You will support the end-to-end integration process, from initial technical assessment to go-live, ensuring quality and timely onboarding. This role involves close collaboration with merchants, financial institutions, project managers, and internal technical teams across LATAM and beyond.

You will work under the guidance of senior integrators and contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of merchants and standard banks by configuring and testing API-based connections.
  • Execute functional and technical testing of API endpoints and payment flows (sandbox and production).
  • Review and validate technical documentation shared by clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, business, QA) to resolve issues and clarify technical requirements.
  • Use tools such as Postman, Swagger, Jira, and Confluence to support integration activities.
  • Help maintain and improve integration documentation and knowledge base.
  • Monitor integration timelines and support tracking of key milestones.
  • Participate in technical troubleshooting and provide clear feedback to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical roles involving APIs, integrations, or system implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP), with focus on API consumption or development.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and ability to query relational databases.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and HTTP communication.
  • Experience using API tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team across different time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the payments industry, fintech, or banking integrations.
  • Experience with log analysis or basic scripting for troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of integration lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
